Bye, bye baby!! "Shop Beater" heads to Cali!
 

Well it is a sad day for me!! The "shop beater" is on its way to its new home in sunny California. The new owner Jamie Brown will be enjoying the car in sunny Agua Dulce , CA!! I wich him the best of luck with the car and hope he enjoys it! It sure is a sad thing to watch you heart and soul for the last few months leave!! But the big pile of cash makes it a little better! At least I got something to wipe off the tears.:Alchy:

Dahm, I could never watch my car leave. That would ruin my year. I guess I am just more atached to mine than normal. I couldn't even think about selling her. Man, this thread messed me up.

I couldn't imagine getting rid of my car. mine is wrecked for 2 months now and im still afraid to put the money into straightening it (dont want it to drive crooked), and it just pains me to think about parting it out.

Its all a trade off!! I never would have sold this car if I didn't have a bigger and better one waiting in the wings!! Next car has all sheetmetal replaced and is going on the rotisserie this week to start the DSE quadralink rear! This car I will keep and be mine, everyone I have ever built something comes a long and I part with it for something else. But I am keeping the next car, it'll be everything I want. Full DSE suspension front and rear, LS7 with A/C, T56, 18/20 wheels, full Marquez interior (hopefully), same color as last one but striped

Sure!!! Until the new LS10s come out and DSE makes another awesome suspension piece.
