Congrats to our very own Stuart Adams and Detroit Speed! We'll have to wait and see how it finishes up, but I wanted to get some pics up. :flashie:

dontlifttoshift 03-02-2018 12:19 PM

I never understood why more displays aren't done like this.

Musclerodz 03-02-2018 02:09 PM

Should have named this car "Unicorn". It has been in the works for a VERY long time. Congrats to Stuart and DSE.

Thank you to all for the kind posts. I’m very happy with it. I’ll try and get more pics to Jody when it calms down, since my skills suck. Thanks Jody and Jim for posting pics.

Incredible. wish i was there to see it in person.
The details in the engine bay are baffling, excellent, and beyond what words us motorheads can say....

The bottom, what can i say other than i don't ever remember any bottom that looks that good and rivals the top....hats off to DSE!!!!

First class build, and i personally (i'm sure most of us on here) are pulling for the big "R"....

Looking forward to more pics forthcoming....i'd like to see some trunk and rear and plumbing etc....and some on the road....hehe...

Does DSE do the interior in house or subbed? I saw on IG the thanx to Relicateleather but maybe i missed the interior kudos,

Always wondered what happened to this build, was glad to see it earlier in the fall still in progress - albeit covered up. Congrats on getting it done looks great

Congrats Stuart! Great to see you and the car today. That thing is amazing!! I had a feeling this was what DSE hinted to when they posted the truck leaving their shop and heading this way... Very glad I could be there to see it in person! Good luck with the show and enjoy the road ahead with that beast!👍👍

Stuart, Curious why you put a full roll cage in the car?

Hey Todd. Glad all is well with you. Rollcage was planned many years ago for the car. We just kept it in to keep the theme as planned. I wanted it shiny but also all business as well.

Stu the car is Epic to say the least and I hope we all get to see it at SEMA later this year. I've been watching Instagram for pictures and video clips. The "easy shut" doors are a sweet touch and the car sounds wicked! Hopefully you'll keep this one for a few.

:captain:

WILWAXU 03-06-2018 02:02 PM

As most have said, the car is amazing! Again congrats on the Great 8!

Look forward to more details about the build, and that cool tablet setup

Out-freakin'-standing Stuart!

Congrats and enjoy it!

There is a video of Kyle driving the car inside COBO Hall. He gets on it good. I’ve tried to load it but I’m an idiot with an iPhone. Just can’t make it happen...
