What do you think about putting a V12 in your Chevy?
I was reading this last week. I bet no one else on your block has one

Looks like its a bunch of money for the set up on top of a lot of fabrication work to relocate steering, brake system, headers, mounts etc etc. I'd rather go LS or LT .
|
Would be cool. I think they're around $40k.

sound
Thats a lot of cake $$ but I'd LOVE to hear how that sounds

Function
I am more of a functional person and I can get all the functionality I need with an ls v8
|
I had some trouble embedding the videos but heres a clip
|
Sounds cool ... super neat and quite the feat of engineering . I don't see why anyone would want one . If it's true about the cost, then that's 2x plus of a ls9$$$$ for basically the same power

Needs a flat plane crank for that true V12 sound
|
We saw a couple "versions" of LS motors like this at PRI this year......

I thought someone had cast a V12 block but according to the video they grafted two blocks together.

There is also a Hemi-head available for the LS
http://www.hammerheadperformanceengines.com/home.html If I were to go a direction, the factory block with the hemi-heads might be more appealing http://st.hotrod.com/uploads/sites/2...ocker-arms.jpg |
