Paralyzed Indy car driver Robert Wickens has some fun...
...when fellow Indy Car racer James Hinchcliffe visits him in the hospital.

I've been watching Wicky's recovery - sometimes painful to watch, but he has the Spirit of a Champion.
I saw this last night and it put a big smile on my face https://i.hmjimg.com/images/2018/12/...SF-600x600.jpg |
So... which one was Tom Cruise?

His home town is about 20 25 mins from my house so of course this kinda hit home. I was watching the race while it happened , amazing he's alive . Wishing nothing but the best for him

Again , he grew up not far from me and started in the area on go karts so its extra special to see him back at it . Literally got a little dusty over here when I watched the video . I mean for a guy who should be dead .. or a quadriplegic. Insane to see him progressing with walking ,let alone messing around on track in a car .

Well maybe not . Not sure how much you follow ... couple weeks ago he had a infection in his left foot/leg . So they did some surgery. Then today he went back under the knife to have "the hardware " removed from said leg . Drs found infection around one of the screws . Took everything out and now its 6 weeks of rehab . On top of his " normal " rehab. Theres a documentary being filmed as well . Cant wait to watch it for numerous reasons A hes Canadian B hes local C he literally should be dead D if not dead then definitely a quadriplegic.
Love ya wiky keep kicking ass |
did not know about the infection
