Wanted SEMA quality ride
 

Hey Gang,

Looking for a COMPLETED.. :) ...SEMA quality car....must be 500 or more RWHP....open to 65-70 cars.....and I just can't do black...I try but just can't keep 'em clean... ;)

Honestly I've seen alot cars at SEMA that are not top shelf. Are you going to SEMA? That would be the best way to see SEMA quality that might be for sale. Alot of 6 figure cars there, good luck with the purchase.

Amen Stuart, there are a lot of cars at SEMA that aren't anything special. I understand what he means, and that's a good idea about attending SEMA. Many of the cars shown there are on sale or end up getting an offer that persuades the owner to sell.

I agree, you see quite a range at SEMA. But then again, they all can't be the Alumin8r or Ricochet. :)

I'll second...or is that third...what Jody and Stuart said. If you want a SEMA quality car, I'll happily sell you a car that doesn't run and was put together in a thrash. That's the case for 60-70% of cars at SEMA. There are really nice cars at SEMA as well, but typically they weren't built specifically for SEMA. Many are just nice, independently funded projects that happen to be featured by companies at SEMA. Project Prodigy, Alumn8or, Inciner8or, Ricochet, and many of those caliber cars are what you're looking for I'm sure, but I wouldn't call them SEMA cars. :_paranoid

Good luck in your search though. I've got a ~600-700hp ProCharged Chevelle that might be up for sale. It was at SEMA '04 but has since been finished the right way. Still needs some things to make it perfect, but it's an impressive car. It really depends on what you're looking to spend as well.

What exactly are you looking for?

Many members have posted a nice range of PT cars yet you have shown no interest, just curious as to what your tastes are, I am sure once we know somebody around here can help point you in the right direction. :)

Not sure if you are still looking, or even exactly what you are looking for but this 69 will be finished in about 3 weeks. Easily makes 1000 WHP twin turbo SBC, Big stuff 3 EFI, Global West suspension, custom leather interior, Wilwood brakes, Billet Specialties wheels, Trans is auto now but can be changed to manual, Covans dash with autometer carbon fiber guages, power windows, Ricks hot rod shop stealth tank with twin Aeromotive a1000 pumps, to much to list. Not even sure if I want to sell it, but I am willing to consider it. At least I know it is not black!!! You can PM me if you have any interest and I will get you all of the details
