Loss of a Child
 

Many of you have heard that my wife was expecting triplets. Tues night she went into preterm labor at only 20 weeks. We lost Joshua Ronald at 11:55 am wed. Far too young for survival, The other two are doing fine, but the doctors are skeptical. I need a miricle, your prayers will be highly coveted-Chris

Im very very sorry to hear that you and your family are in our prayers, I hope your wife is ok she needs you now more than ever.

Chris this is very sad news! Your family is in our prayers!! Remember God never gives you more than you can handle, but at times it can be very trying....love those little twins and your wife every day!

I'm sorry for your loss, Chris. I can't imagine. I hope the other two are ok.

I was anxiously awaiting the birth of my next child until my wife mis-carried about 2 1/2 weeks ago. When all is fantastic, sometimes life has a way of kicking you in the head. I said a prayer for you and you're family and will say another tonight when I go to bed. Godspeed my friend!

I can not even begin to understand what you are feeling right now but be
strong and support her all you can.

I am the resident joker here, but, I want you to know that I know that God has plans to prosper you, your spouse and you two babies. Joshua Ronald was needed by God for a great task that you will learn of "By and By". That is the saying that my 98 year old Grandmother uses when she can't see God's plan in this world we live in. Remember the fellow that wrote "It is well with my soul" and his tremendous loss all those many years ago. I know that it cannot minimize your loss and we here share jointly in your grief and the joy of the new birth.

I'll be praying. I just have to say I totally understand what you're saying when you say your priorities change rather quickly. My older son had cancer when he was 13 and my world went into "total lock up into the wall!" The short story is that the power of prayer and trust in God brought about a miracle, and he is now 21 and doing well. When we live life by God's laws we have His promise that we will be together again!!! :yes: We all need to keep our focus on what's really important! I struggle at times myself. God bless!!!

Miracles do happen - My youngest was born a preemie, shortly after his birth he needed to be airlifted to a large medical facility, and his doctors were very skeptical. He's now 18 months, and everyday we have him is a miracle.

We are very sorry to here of your loss. I'm not an overly religious man but we were not sure if we could have children, and know have a 6 month old girl I believe there is a greater spirit. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
