Prayers Needed ASAP
 

Please add my new grandaughter to your prayers. She was born yesterday 1-18-07 at 7:40 AM. She was a full term baby but looks like a pre-me and only weighs 3 lbs 15 ounces. She looks like she will be a special needs baby. I was up for 24 hours straight and I am heading back to Vanderbilt Childrens Hosp ASAP. I will post a pic of my little "peanut" soon. Thanks in advance to my Lat-g family. :lateral:

My twins were 4#-4oz and 4#-6# when they were born. We were very concerned at the time and they spent 2 weeks in the hospital, they are 2 1/2 now and as healthy as can be. Hang in there you and your family are in our prayers.

UPDATE....We wont know all results until Monday but they are pretty sure she has Tri-something 18. Its a genetic chromosome problem and no baby with it lives past 1 year. So its been pretty tramatic. I will be at Vanderbilt pretty much all weekend. Thanks everyone for the support and prayers.

We wont know the results and what they will do for her until Monday but the doc said if she has it they pretty much just keep her as comfortable as possible. There is no treatment for this.:(

My son was born with a terminal heart condition, lots of prayers and lost hair later, he's 15 years old, and doing fine.
