Just got my Synister LSX front drive today
Price was great as compared to other options, packaging was excellent and fully protected. This keeps all the accessories in tight to give me a lot of room for my Nelson turbo headers. They offer fully polished, or anodized in a few different colors. I went with a silver hard coat anodizing, which seems to be very tough as I've installed and removed it a couple times without any marring of the surface.

looks amazing jody

The machine work looks really nice. Do you think there is enough belt wrap on the power steering? For wide tires? It looks like about only 70 degrees of wrap.

hope so Frank. If not, a fixed idler off the alternator bracket would add a bunch of wrap, but hopefully Synister has done their homework! Jody |
That's a bitchin piece.

Very nice I was looking into that as well:thumbsup:

Looks great Jody! I just got that same set-up in polished form, love it! When I started unpacking everything, I just kept thinking what a good deal it was. I also can't say enough about the guys at synester, great to deal with!
|
OH , I like that .
I might have to add that to Fuel in black before the PT this year . Cant wait to see your new ride Jody . I hope to see Scotts sweet ride also . |
Jody that is really nice. The setups are indeed very well priced!
|
Wow! I love the finish. Does the finish somehow tie in to the rest of the build?? :unibrow:
I can't wait to see how the rest of the car is going to come out Jody. |
Looks very nice!
Now we need a pic with all the goodies on the motor!! |
Is it $2500 for everything??! Crazy price to me, but then again im poor. Hopefully when I get out of college i'll make some decent money, though I dont think I could justify $2500 for pullies, im too white trash.
|
I think its $2500 for everything.
With DSE kit being well over $4k I think this is a good deal |

That looks like a nice system. I wonder if the water pump pully could be adapted to work with a Meziere elec water pump? |

Well, my intake is over at Marquez Design and the headers and front drive are on their way to Nelson Racing for some mock up for new turbo headers, so it'll be a while before I can get a complete pic with everything on there. I also was hoping those two items weren't polished, and will come up with something to change them. Need to call Mark at Synister.
|
wow, beautiful stuff! have you ever thought about puting a cover on the crank pully to avoid dust and cleaning it in a tight space, just a thought
