All she needs is some exhaust. She will stop on a dime and give you 9 cents change!

The upgrade consisted of replacing all lights, new suspension, new brakes, new steering components and new wheels.

All the specifics are on http://www.fquick.com/weamdog

What are you running for the rear brakes? 4-piston Dynalite's?

Yup, Dynalite pros.

Awsome! I just sold my Baers to get the 6-piston front and 4-piston Dynalite rears (red calipers). I can't wait until they get here!

you shouldn't be disappointed. the only issue i had with the rear dynalite pros is the rotor hat did not correctly fit over the 1/2" moser studs. I had to have the holes drilled out to .530" to clear the base of the studs. I also have the hydrabooster hooked up to mine and it performs like a champ. I would imagine that it only takes about a 1/2" travel of the brake pedal before maximum pressure is reached. The only thing i don't like about it is it degrades my power steering.

Looks great.

Well you should be proud, that car probably performs as good as it looks!

I can't say that i'm not happy with it, I'm just not satisfied yet. There are alot of things that have to be taken into consideration when going with air ride, of course i tried to keep these things in mind when getting it together. The biggest thing is failure protection. Right now I dont' think my car is movable if i lost all pressure. I need to add some bump stops up front to help with this problem and I'm not quite sure what i'm going to do about the rear yet (the rear is a little off center and at full deflation the passenger side will rub the quarter a little at the rear of the tire). Other then the little "emergency preparedness" things the ride is great. I haven't had a chance to tweak around the shock settings yet. I do know that i have to adjust the rears some because the car wants to do a tumble-salt when i hit the brakes. i haven't put it through any turns at speed yet because i don't think i trust the toyo t1r tires. they looked good, but they don't come close to the nearly same size goodyears on my vette and that's pretty bad because i dislike goodyear aka "slip-n-slides".

the hardest part with the install was opening the front shock towers for the bags. We had to do this several times because it seemed that every time we would look at it on the lift the bags would be close again. The thing i hate most about the air ride is spending $5k+ and having to use old hardware, luckily mine was in good shape, but they only send new hardware where it didn't exist before. Another thing that i considered a necessity which air ride doesn't supply (probably for DOT reasons) is a water trap. Yesterday i noticed that the presets weren't registering correctly, they would come up about 10lbs short. Today i noticed that my remotes stopped working, not sure what's up with that. So you see there are a few issues that one doesn't have on a conventional suspension, hopefully i'll get them worked out soon.

Very nice! Can't have too many well done 69's out there. This coming from someone whose 69 is NOT well done!
