Just bought the PHR Mustang LS1 swap car !
 

I just bought the mustang that has been documented in PHR with the LS swap .

I will get some pics up in a day or so .

If was closer than NY I might of done the same. Although, I wish he would have least waited until all the stories were printed BEFORE selling it. Sorta looks bad.

Anyways, that car was a smokin deal at that price, hope you're not going to part it out.

It turns out I even know the owner and didnt realize it . I mentioned a 82 Ford Granada 2 door I bought off a guy that ran in the 10's years ago that Muscle mustangs did some articles on , turns out this was Vinnie Kung.

He couldnt believe we meet up again on another great deal .

My plan is to look it over and do some swaps local for guys and use the car as a marketing tool for our buisness. I am sure it will be painted in the very near future.

Steve , we will have to talk some , maybe a fresh story on the car after I am done with it ?????

Also I do plan to get the 60ft down in the high 1.4-1.5's and see the best it will go . I think 10.20-30's are possible.

That was you, huh? Cool. I was at Maplegrove when he unloaded it back in '99 or so. Whatever happened to it? Still have it?

Yeas that was me , I ended up parting that car out . I ran it at some local events and it blew a head gasket , after that it was parted out.
The shell is still around my town , sitting in weeds and completely gutted.

one thing id like to have seen in the article is how they hooked up the dash... have a c5 dash im trying to figure out how to hook up to my ls1 in the bu!.. ill wait with the HUD though... but what pins in the cluster are to what is apparantly a closely guarded secret...
