Medusa
I officially named her Medusa
http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...006/medusa.jpg Here are some pictures of the car just after I did the first exterior detail. I will get some better shots in the near future. http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/P7080007.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/P7080005.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/P7080002.jpg Dyno video. |
Front Swaybar
I replaced the factory front swaybar with a 1" from NPD. Factory was either 5/8" or 11/16". The kit came with 1" mounts, which I did not know. I purchased this 1" bushing kit.
http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...tallation2.jpg The factory swaybar causes the end links to be tilted back, when used with the coilover suspension (see pic). http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...allation11.jpg I heard you would have problems using a 1" swaybar with an FE. I seem to have no clearance issues. Only problem with this bar is that it does hit the frame when the tires are lifted off the ground. So this should only be a problem when I pull my General Lee "jump the river" trick. http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...allation44.jpg I used the old end link bolts and had to shorten the bolt spacer in the (middle) about 3/8". http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...tallation3.jpg |
Beautiful stang, I really like what you did, color combo, wheels, suspension. Killer ride you should be proud!
edit: what size rears are those, they look pretty huge :D |

Just got a Nikon D40X camera. No more fuzzy photos. And I made the piece from the radiator to the grill http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/DSC_0065.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/DSC_0062.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/DSC_0057.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/DSC_0029.jpg http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l2...6/DSC_0032.jpg |

It has so many functions, and I'm sure I will try to learn some of them, but the auto setting is very good. |
