Check it out here. Did it now tonight, scared some neighbours that thought it was to loud. OK it was past 10 pm so we didn't shoot anything more.

Dude I loved the video.

I wish more people would do videos like that instead the normal walk around.

I do wish it was shot a little earlier just to get a better look at the car.

But great job I think I'll follow your lead

jannes_z-28 08-02-2007 07:33 AM

Thank you guys.

It sounds wild when you hit the throttle. It is just a bone stock LS1 out of a Camaro. The sound might get some help from headers and a more freeflowing intake and airfilter.

When in idle it doesn't sound much and driving it normally it behaves like any normal car. So its nice to drive around in and if you need it the power is there.

I have an 270 degree offramp where I live and it feels like I can go faster through it now than with the bigblock. One day I will make a video of that.

For those of you that have considered a swap to LS-series engines I can only say GO FOR IT!

So I take it that you are glad

you made the swap? I am sure the 20 mpg is a bonus as well.

Your car is really coming along and I am liking what you are doing with the dash.
