Just a few questions

I have couple questions about seam sealers, should this be applied before, after the epoxy primer, or does it matter? Is the 3m sealer at Orielly's ok to use or is there something better? Thanks for the help.

Heres some stuff.

Seam sealer.
BIG DOG

Anyway, put some epoxy down on the bare metal for corrision control, then seam sealer over that.
