68 camaro and 68 firebird differnce

hello all im new here >>>> well im gonna pick someones brain here . im very familure with first gen camaros . but have a question about firebirds .

1 is the doors differnt between the two?

2 does a camaro quarter panel fit to a firebird rear valance and tail light panel?

back in the early 90s ive seen a fire bird with a camaro front clip and it looked cool because to me it was mixing the two cars up to be what i like about the two of them .but i really cant remember what parts were used to do this . any info will be apprecited .

duece32,
The quarters will fit, but don't have the "Gills". I'm going to be installing Camaro quarters on my 68 Firebird in the next couple of months. I'm planning to come up with my own setup to replace the gills with something resembling the scoops on the new Ferarri 599. I'm using the Camaro quarters after waiting 3 years for the Firebird convertible panels to be made. There were prototype panels out, but those had problems. I got tired of waiting.
