Poison Dart

Sells for $51,000. Lost his a$$ I bet.

Hell of way to lose $200k!! How about you give me the money next time and I'll spend it for you.

It is a bad a$$ ride and I hope the new owner enjoys driving it as much as I did watching it get built.

I thought it would of went for more.
It was a real nice car, I think the reason for the low price is cause it was a Dart. The Dart being the lower end model and not many people doing full pro-touring treatments to it. There hasn't been a pro-touring one sold prior to this one.

Franken

Did I ever meet you at the shop? He did the mini tub among other things on my Camaro a couple of summers ago.

Makes me happier not to have something unique.

I remember your car being there. I have been helping assemble the chassis and little things at the shop for almost 2 yrs now. Ohhhh the things I've seen.....

Should have gone for at least 100K, There's 50K in the drive train alone. My buddy had the car in his shop for that last few months working on the motor. Very well done car. I saw Bill Howell sitting next to the buyer. I think he was also with us at SEMA, I just forgot his name.

The guy that bought it was Bill's friend Yanci. Bill says the battery was dead and it did not drive onto the stage and he really thinks that killed it dead! Bill said he felt bad for the seller, but was damn happy for his friend to simply steal one.

Yanci is a Tennessee boy, so maybe we will be able to see the Poison Dart at the Run through the Hills 2008!

Do you guys know how many owners its had since its completion? The last time I heard info on this car was from Dave at Perfection his company was the primary on the build. At that time, awhile ago, he said it wasnt being kept up.

I am not sure how many owners it has had, or if Perfection was involved, but Jimi Day had a business called Imagine Motorsports and managed the build much like a general contractor and subbed everything out. At least that is my understanding of the situation. Schwartz Extreme Performance did the bulk of the fab work and I think Authentic Automotive in Cudahy may have painted it.

Imagine dragged it around in a trailer on Power Tour 2005. I am not sure it even ran or drove until a while after that.
