Rolling Fenders
I know this has been discussed several times. I did a search and read a lot of good information on the subject. However I've been cautioned that doing so changes the look of the fender well. I'm seriously considering rolling the rear fenders on my 67. Trying to fit a 285/18/10 in the well and avoid rubbing issues. Hoping someone has pictures of before and after that show the changes in appearance.
Also if you've done this and had any problems...what was it and how to avoid it. Thanks in advance for the help. :lateral: |
Works out really nice.

I used one of those on my 69 camaro.that thing works really good.I was able to roll the lip completely flat to the fender without any damage to the quarter.just go a little bit at a time.

Cutris the only visual change will be that you will no longer have a lip in the area that you roll...the shape of the opening is unchanged.

Hair dryer and a Louisville Slugger. Worked fine for my redneck a$$.

I don't think it changes the look at all.
