Dr Syko/Sanitarium has been grounded
... until further notice, meaning; For a long ass time.
I cant afford insurance on the camaro right now so i'll just have to wait. My insurance isnt that expensive either, i literally cannot afford another $.10 to spend on anything. Sucks balls. Not like it affects anyone here, but just saying i'm bummed. |
No one likes to hear that man! Sorry for the news. Hope things get turned around for you in the near future.
At least you have a name for it now! Tim |
I know the feeling
Sorry to hear about that. So is the "official" name: Sanitarium? :willy:

That's too bad. I've been there. In the end, it's worth parking the car and hanging on to it. Its presence will serve as motivation. Here's a thought: You can always stop paying rent to afford the insurance and then live in the car.

I hate to hear that, but..
I have really good news.... I just saved a butt load of money by cancelling my car insurance! I saved,...really I saved!!!!!!! :D Sorry, just thought I would add some humor. You know I have had good luck in the past generating extra cash in a pinch by: 1. Cleaning out the attic with old parts on ebay. One time I netted just over $1K in about four weeks from parts I was going to throw away! 2. Swap out. I have traded work for parts, or other work. I have a friend that owns a custom shop and from time to time he will push cars my way to install engines, hook up wires, etc. I can usually turn that into cash or other favors. 3. Odd jobs. You would be surprised how much cash you can pick up quick changing some brake pads, a clutch, fixing an a/c, installing a stereo, etc. for friends of your family, etc. 4. Part time job. Lots of work out there. Maybe the local autoparts store could use another counter monkey part time on the weekends, plus you would get a discount on parts bought from the store. Tie this into some creative financing. If you know you will be able to gather $1,000 or so over the next month, go ahead and order some parts on your credit card, then dedicate yourself to paying them off ASAP. Having the parts sitting around will motivate you to get the cash to pay them off and you can reward yourself by installing them. I am sure you have talent and skill that can be applied to some extra green stuff. Good luck! |
Thanks for the suggestions but here's the problem's i'm having... i have a solution too, at the end ;)

I'm thinking of starting my own private therapy sessions away from my regular clients i see. except i keep the $$ from this rather than the clinic getting it. $20/hr is dirt cheap compared to other therapy sessions... i'm checking into it right now. |
