Nova 'X' Shop Build
This ones called Nova 'X'.
The 'X' is because I have no idea what the plans for it are. We were planning on building a 62 Bel Air we have sitting here when we found this Nova. We werent looking for one but this was a deal I couldnt pass up. So the 62 is being sold. This is a 1967 Nova (original 6cyl, 3spd column shift) and its rock solid. Trunk, floors, inner quarters everwhere is rock solid! Came complete as a roller but not intact. Alot of boxed parts. Its a shame to cut it up.... We are developing some trick billet items that we will be selling and will use this car to market those as well as our shops overall work. A rendering is being drafted as soon as the details are set. Heres a pic of the car and the last "shop vehicle" we built. 'X' will be VERY different. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f.../nova/67-x.jpg http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f...eNovaSS065.jpg |
Its had a lower quarter patch (under body line) due to a bad dent and a new pass fender from a minor "bump" several years ago (i think the 80's). Thats it in its 41 year life.
Amazing original solid car. Here are some trunk Pics... Like I said.... ROCK SOLID ! http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f...nova/trunk.jpg http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f.../nova/side.jpg http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f...nova/side2.jpg |

I cant wait to get it... those pics are one of many the previous owner sent. After he described how solid it was, I made him take several photos of the trunk & floors from top to bottom and underneath. There wasnt even any surface rust.
It comes with a set of new TT2's but I hope its delivered with those 4x4 knobbies ! LOL. As soon as it arrives I'll post some additional pics. |
