help with stiff ride/suspension issue

I have global west S-2s on the front of my 69 Camaro..
The problem: stiff ride. On roads that are slightly uneven I feel the car nosing up with the highs and nosing down with the lows.. so I'm going up and down in my seat the whole time. I have a g-body with full hotchkis setup and it rides great, so its not like I don't like or want a performance ride, but this just doesn't feel right.

I've done the following:
-Checked the rear suspension, sat the rear down on the tires with all bolts loose and then just snugged them up.
-checked the front suspension.. same method. Also loosened up the sway bar end links a bit. The bar isn't level but I can't go any farther down.. it will hit the steering arm bolts.
-trimmed a bit off the front lower bump stops, I only had about 3/8 of an inch clearance. now have close to 3/4
-found that I was hitting the rear bump stops, but I beleive that was just from pulling in and out of the driveway at an extreme angle.

The setup:
Front: global west S-2 springs 1 inch drop, eldelbrock IAS shocks, hotchkis sway bar and end links, rubber bushings except for the sway bar which are poly 235/60/15 on 8 inch rims
rear: hotchkis 1.5 inch drop 3 leaf springs with 1 inch lowering block, hotchkis bilstein shocks, 275/60/15 on 8 inch rims. rubber bushings in front, poly in the rear
Small block with iron heads, no ac, No RS stuff, no heavy stereo equipment
I have only about 700 miles on the car since the build.
about 32 psi in all 4 tires

I'm not sure what to do next or where the problem lies. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Anyone know the spring rate on the S-2 springs from Global West? The Hotchkis rears are variable from 150-180. Thanks!
