If you read the sticky up in open discussion about embedding the youtube videos, it says to only copy and paste the part after the id=, so in this case that's qRuNxHqwazs

You click on the youtube deal and paste the above between the quotes and it's done. It looks like you were trying to paste too much of the web address in.
