Lateral-g Forums - Project Hiss... V10 Charger

Well after much debate I decided to give my project a name... don't laugh - and I hope no one has used it... but it seemed appropriate for a couple of reasons. First, some of the mopar purist hiss in disapproval by what I am doing. :rolleyes: Second, it has a viper motor. Third, it should be sneaky/mean looking. And finally, after the work this weekend on the air intake tubes - it just looks like a snake spitting it's tongue out. :lol:

Speaking of which - I have tremendous respect for the professional shops out there that fabricate customs. But after today :bow: With all of the things I have done to date, nothing, and I mean nothing, has been more difficult than making these air intake tubes. I spent 5 freaking hours on them and I am maybe 75% done. :willy:

I am using 3" tubes that are joined with a compound curve/angle. They point down, back and have as tight as radius as possible yet clear the fan, radiator, and water inlet. AND they have to be symetrical. See the pics for my snake tongue "build" :lol:
