My son's racing bedroom completed... check it!
I finally finished my son's 'big boy' room (he'll be two 7/30) and wanted to share it. Now I have to figure out how to get him to sleep (stay) in a real bed all night so the new baby can get his nursery and crib.
Sorry that some of the images are a bit blurry but it was getting dark and my camera doesn't do well in dim lighting. You'll notice that I made a few essential modifications to the Lightning McQueen bed! A few details to point out... the coat rack is all different types of shifters, the lamp is an actual cam, the oil cans are vintage, the toy chest looks like a stack of tires, the curtains were made from a spare set of the bedsheets, the dresser as you may remember is a spruced up IKEA unit... He's a lucky boy! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Picture001.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Picture003.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Picture004.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...Picture005.jpg |

Killer job!! You have a great imagination!! Trying to brainwash him or what? Has not chance to be nothing but a gearhead! I plan on decorating my sons room, who is 3, in the near future. Just may have to steal some of your ideas. Thanks for sharing.
