Trickflow Plenum polishing?

Just got a Trickflow plenum/ 75mm throttle body for my '03 Mustang GT for my B-Day!

The plenum is cast aluminum. The inside of the plenum is pretty rough with casting flash and just the general grainy cast finish. Do you think it would be worth polishing?

Worth it? That's a tough one. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt, but how much it would help - I'm not sure.
