Stockholm sightseeing pictures
 

Earlier this year i promised you some pictures from Stockholm with my car. The weather has been terrible this summer but now its really good again.

So here we go:

The ship in the background is a newly built replica of a 250 year old East India trading ship. The original sank just out of the harbour coming back from its third voyage to China. Such a trip took about three years.
This replica will soon embark on a trip to China and back.

Jan, those pictures are just terrific, thank you for sharing them with us. I have been to Europe several times, I actually lived in Germany for two years, but never made it to Sweden. Those pictures make me want to go back over there again.

By the way, the car looks terrific, very well done.

Ah, Sweden, the land of beautiful women. My dad said back in the 70's he landed at an airport there and every woman in the place looked like they could have been a Playmate. :unibrow:

Jan, those are some outstanding pictures. Your car looks absolutly beautiful. They remind me of the times my wife and I spent traveling while I was stationed in Europe in the early 90's. Thanks
