if i were any happier id have to pay my taxes twice... the wheels look awesome, i figured it shoot some pics and upload them as a sneak peak of the look...
i still need to install some spacers and some longer bolts (long story) to get them permanently on there.. sorry for the crapy phone cam pics btw 9.5x18 forgeline with 285/40-18 BFG KDW http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...Billede021.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...Billede022.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...Billede023.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...Billede024.jpg |
Looks good Jacob. Did you do a frame notch?
Jeff |
no i didnt.. guess having made up my mind that if the wheels didnt fit id do the frame notch saved me from having to... just like it never rains when i remember to bring an umbrella....
they appear to fit snugly between the fender and the frame with 3/8 inch room on both sides... but we will see once i get them on and take it for a drive if there indeed is no rubbing.. keep your fingers crossed... how about you, do you have paint yet?? and and did you ever get the insurance on your crotch rocket??? (you had angel watch that day!) |
