I was on a similar search for my LS7 (except I was looking for a black rail) and ultimately purchased an Aeromotive rail kit (which came anodized red) and had the original finished stripped and the parts recoated in Black by Pacific Coast Anodizing in Fresno, Ca. They came out really well and the whole process - stripping and recoating - took only a day.

You could look into an option like that. If you want a natural or polished finished you could have the rails stripped and then polish them yourself.

Pacific Anodizing in Fresno can strip them for you. I send parts to them all the time. I anodize AN fittings all the time to get all the fittings the same color. There are a bunch of odd fittings that they do not make in black yet.

It is best to send a mass amount of stuff to be anodized, cuz the minimum charge if for quite a bit of stuff. I just did about 20 various fittings off a project and the charges me 60 bucks. soit was like 3 buck a piece. ( more then the cost of some fittings ) I sent in a bunch not to long ago, big and small stuff (motor mounts, engine pullies, tons of fittings) and it was like 120 dollars.

For a bright anodized finish you can polish and then anodize them. It gives at a really cool look.
