Ignition Box Location
 

After going through the trouble to smooth the firewall on my 68 Firebird, I'm not too eager to mount my ignition box in that location. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where I can cleanly mount this thing? Could it be done in the interior under the dash perhaps? Any pics would be great. Thanks.

i put mine behind the drivers inner fender. ran the wires for it with the front light harness then mounted it hidden away. perfect spot

I mounted mine to the side of the Vintage Air bracket like DSE did on
Alumin8r....here's a pic from their site.

mine is mounted on the rad. support behind the drivers side headlight.

one of my vehicles has it mounted under the passenger seat, the other has it mounted in the trunk.

Mounted mine to the bottom of the Vintage Air box.
