Need Help identify tko

Can anyone help identify what tremec tko trans and will this info tell us what gears this tranny came with?
The tag reads:

tr3550 0125 tcet 5201 AC ME23

The 5201 looks like the Ford version of the transmission:

thanks, got it all figured out now.:thumbsup: My brother in law is selling a brand new crate 351 with bell housing and this tranny for $4500 and I wanted to know which one it was.
