I got the Lemon's "pro tour header" for my standard deck BBC in a DSE frame. They are the finest. They can make a set for a tall deck as well. Pricey but worth it.

LOL! the headers are at Stainless Works. The 69 front fender molds are being re worked.

not quite ready to accept orders for either one today, but VERY soon.

I've heard the Lemon's headers are pretty good.
What are your/everyone's thoughts on Doug's headers?

No first hand experience but when you start changing frames, steering, deck heights, body bushing, you run into header fitment problems. Lemons is the cat meow when it comes to headers. 2 1/8 primaries and I put both in from the bottom in 10 minutes with fantastic spark plug access. I can also get a mini starter in and out easily, use a z bar, and they are tucked as tight as possible. Oh yeah....they sure breath nice too!!

Will the innder fenders fit a 67?

ProdigyCustoms 12-03-2008 06:00 PM

I have 67/68 molds already, they are dead on. See Larry's MotiV8tr.

My 69s were temporary ,molds for Project EmptyNest and I need to make some permanent molds

i can 2nd this its surprising how much clearance he has with such big primaries... im thinking that the dse frame helps with that also though.
and ground clearance is very good too, anyone thinging about a set from them has no need to second guess them.
