10 or 12 bolt? I sold my 10 bolt to a friend for 40 bucks.....

Depending on the date code and other numeric attributes, as well as it condition and/or modifications... it could be worth up to $2k +... to the right buyer.

But... for the most part, 12 bolts in an unmodified condition and clean have been running right around $1500.

Well I just have the housing and drums, thats kinda why I have no clue what they go for. Some guy wants it for his camaro but don't want to under price it

You really have to look at the buyer and what they are really looking for at the time. It can be priceless to the right buyer looking to finish a restore. Like I stated... the housing and date code numbers can make it worth a whole bunch more than just the average... albiet, OEM 12 bolts dont grow on trees any more...

I would love to just dump my 12 bolt... but since its out of my 67 L30/M20 chassis and the fact that its a very early (meaning - pre radius rod) L30/M20 12 bolt housing... it could make the perfect compliment to someone that is restoring an early 67. Especially if its an L30/M20 with the right date code. It has the possibility of adding thousands to its value.

Thru the middle to late 90's... I probably sold a dozen 12 bolts for $800. And recently I see the housing alone go for that.

wow thanks, I had told him if he wanted it for 400 was a good price. His reply was too much....this was without even knowing this, he didn't look at the dates or anything, he just asked me if I wanted to sell it after he had seen it in my garage. But thanks for the help
