There are factory syle rivot kits available if you want to reattach it later. Which is an option.
Paul Here's a link to one seller of them on ebaymotors........... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CAMAR...1%7C240%3A1318 |
Thanks, I didnt know they made that tool. Ill leave it off for now then. Thanks a lot!

I personally like them off, but for some reason I already drilled my holes when I was fabbing up my firewall! It looks cleaner without IMHO.
Nice Work  on the firewall |
I leave them off.. keep them in an envelope with the car's paperwork.
The smoother the look the better in my opinion.. |
Oh, If I were you I would block off the two access holes to the the cage nuts for the subframe. So long as they are in good condition you should never need access and they look much better sealed up.
If you don't seal them up its really hard to make that area look good. There will be a story on this in an upcomming issue of Camaro Performers. |
SHOOT! I was going to cover them and then I thought, no what if I need to get to them:lol: . Oh well good to find out now. Ill cut more metal tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up!
