5 or 6 speed?

I need help with deciding what transmission i should buy to put in my 69 camaro with a 480 hp ls3. im planning on using the car mainly on the street but it will see the track occasionally. T56 6 or tko 5speed?

We sell and install quite few tranmission kits. You will spend a lot of money on a 6 speed capable of holdng your Horsepower. I would go with a TKO 600
