Autocross Rims **Are Stamped 17's OK?**

-Are Stamped 17's strong enough for Autocrossing a 4300lb car?
-is anyone here autcrossing on a stamped 17" rims?
-any suggested vendors?

I just cant seem to muster $2000+ for rims and $1000+ for Kumho710s to go on them all at once.

Autocrossing is not that much stress on the wheels. I wouldn't worry about it..........now if You switch to rally X that's another story........:faint:

I've hit speeds in excess of 50-60 as well but You don't have shock loads of acceleration like you would with drag racing nor do have sustained corning loads like you would on a road course. Most turns are of relatively short duration and slow speed. I'd be more concerned with any wheels strength on the street vs. any track condition.
