What is a 70 Cuda Worth?

I am by no means a mopar guy. I found a very straight 70 Cuda coupe way back in the hills of AR this weekend.
what I found out by checking out there car:
interior-clean, needs new seat covers, headliner, carpet. looks clean
body-very straight car. Little bondo in DS Quarter, and the front left fender has enough bondo where is has feather cracked, probably will need replaced.
pans are solid, trunk is solid, couldn't find any rust anywhere on the car.
Original paint-silver blue needs repainted. with vinyl top- it was taken off.
SB motor-not sure 340 maybe?, 4 speed w/ hurst shift handle.
engine is clean, car runs. This car will need complete restoration.
My grampa is going to help me purchase the car, so I am gonna shoot an offer to the guy. I know without pics it sucks to give a value. I for sure do not need anymore cars to work on with my college schedule but it is a cuda, one of my many favorite cars.

Thanks, Andrew

I couldn't tell ya. All I know is that 1970 is THE year to have. So hopefully it is worth more than the seller thinks. Good luck.

It depends on options and condition. A good restorable muscle car like a Cuda can be from $1 to more than $10,000. I'd say if it was under $5,000 jump on it.

Sounds like a good start. 70 is definately the year to have. Good luck with it.

Four dollars. You should just sell it to me. :D

Are there any mechanical differences between a 70 and say, a 71? Or are the differences purely aesthetic?

They are crazy priced.. way worse than '69 Camaros.. I saw an unrestored driver for sale at Columbus Good Guys for $35k!

Check on Collector Car Trader Online and see what they are going for there.

Here is one going for $17k as is..

I thought '71 was the more valuable year... but then again, '70 was the only year of the AAR, so maybe '70s are worth more for cloning.

cuda'

No your right 71's are usually priced twice as much as 70's but the 70's are abit more popular to the common market.
A clean 70 with no rust in original condition....if owner doesn't know what it is...$2500-5000
If the owner knows what he has... $15,000 - $20,000. even so jump on it,its a great investment. Good luck.

Its a four speed, number one. The rest is you paying his price. There is a white "Vanishing Point" Mopar in my town and he wants 5K.The car is as rough as a night in jail. Good luck
