CF vaulve springs

My buddy has just made the first CF valve spring. It is lighter then stock, stronger and has a better response. Thoughts? Ill try and get some pics soon.

Run them for 10 hours at 6000 rpm and let us know.

They've been put through every test and have exceeded all of them. This is a wound CF used in the aerospace industry.
Wait until you see the sway bar. It just passed all testing also.

It really is. Ill try and post more info, specs ect. It hard for me to do because im not the engineer, lol. I just know that they are working with Crane cams to get things going.

im interested in the swaybar.

how are these made, vacuum bag in an autoclave?

what kind of check are you doing to prove no deffects in the CF? that is the only thing i would be worried about. CF has limited strength when there is a deffect. Steel has been perfected and good manfactures have no inclusions.

keep me posted on your products. what kinda prices as well.

as fo rthe springs; CF leafs are used on the one of the cadilacs using the corvette suspension and transverse leafs. so as a spring materila they are fantastic.

Ok guys I dont want to get in trouble here. Im selling nothing as of yet. Im working with these guys on other projects and got to see the spring today. I thought it was cool so I thought I would post about it. As for the sway bar, from what I understand Eibach has a lock on it so I cant go into details. Ill check with my buddy and report back.
I will say though we will soon be a sponsor on this site for other products. Stay tuned to see some cool stuff. But for right now with no website up and we're still stuck on the name nothing is for sell yet.:lateral:
