Cover car July '09 Chevy High Performance
 

I like the front end treatment on the cover car of July CHP. I saw another one on an Overhaulin episode but didn't see the whole show.
Is anyone producing a lower valance with the light mods like these? Maybe in carbon (Anvil listening?:D )
I think it gives a new look to the RS style frontend.
