I would probably opt for an eggshell black for the bottom of the hood; there's already a fair amount of body color, plus it would keep your attention on the engine compartment.

Yea, had the inner fenders and firewall been black I would have said black. However with all that being painted I think black would look out of place. Paint it body color!

Definitely body color. Everything else is already so clean and smooth. Black is great for hiding and masking things but your engine bay looks so sanitary and organized that a black underside on the hood wouldn't match at all. If you do go body color and don't like it, you could always install an underhood felt insulation kit, which would look pretty professional and cover up the structural supports of the hood.

Egg shell or satin black. I'm just not a fan of shiny body color under the hood.

body color,if you're reffering to the actual underside of the hood.

Flat, satin, glossy, scratched, scuffed, greasy, eggshel l or whatever black, will not look right and will look out of place as mentionned before, it's like having a nice shiny blue car and one of the doors is yellow or black, how would that look?

You have togo body color, everything else is so if you went black it would look out of place.
