D&D Viper/Chevy T56 Transmission mount

I am mocking my D&D T56 up and I am using an ATS crossmember. I am wondering what transmission mount to use. The GM mount is way too narrow to bolt to the tailshaft. Also the tranny isn't even close to fitting inside the tunnel is this normal?
