Tim Allen's 55 Ford at Moal's
Looking forward to seeing this one...here's an excerpt from the linked article.
- Tim Allen's "Triple Nickel" 1955 Ford Customline is taking shape. This car for Allen (who is best known for his role in the 1991-1999 television show, Home Improvement, as Tim "The Toolman) Taylor) will have a V-8 engine from Ford's supercar, the Ford GT. ("They did one extra for us," said Michael. "When you have a celebrity client, you can get special things done.") Like, getting that engine when only 4,038 Ford GTs were ever built. It will have 600-850 horsepower depending on the setup. The car will also include an Art Morrison chassis with independent front suspension and a '55 T-Bird themed interior and a T-Bird air scoop on the hood. http://speedstylemagazine.com/index....=125&Itemid=31 http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/9...oalcar9520.jpg |
Here are a few more up to date pictures I got a few weeks ago when we were there. they do awesome work. They have been working on this car for a few years now.

Nice pics Rodger.
You provided a meal, I brought a snack. :D |
Actually I took about 30 pics at his shop.
Next week we go to Tom Hanna's shop in Wichita Kansas. His work will blow your mind also. Thanks God he does not build cars for the public. Do a search for Tom Hanna Dragster or Streamliner. I posted a link to the streamliner last week and it fell to the bottom pretty quick. |

http://wediditforlove.com/Hanna.html Lots of pics, lot of tools, lots of talent. I saw only 2 pedals on Tim Allen's car. Is that a done deal that it gets an auto? |

Cool craft for sure that they're building...
(Very odd about the first link, won't work any way I try it.) |
