RPM heads rebuild

Guys , i have to take off my heads for a gasket change and some new custom headers.. I have 'edelbrock rpm' heads on my 350 now. What would you suggest i do to them to get more HP out of them? they are fairly new.

Get them ported... A buddy has those heads and gained a good amount more through porting.
