The Prodigy Experience....
 

For those of you who don't make it over to PT.com often, I'll post this in here for y'all.

The Wife and I took the kids down here to Orlando for the whole Disney experience. Yesterday was the first day I had a chance to pull myself away from all the park hopping and I took the oppurtunity to go visit Frank Serafine and Prodigy Customs. Some good people down there. Very friendly and real professional. I'm awfully thankful that they let me hang around the shop for a couple hours at this crucial stage in the build process.

Project Prodigy is Low, Loud, and Mean....real Mean.

I had the good fortune of being there to witness Prodigy's birth cry and let me tell you....she's loud. How loud you ask? Well, let me just say...I'm a little nervous that this car is going to be a few hundred miles from the San Andreas Fault Line. You people in the Bay area....find a doorway.

Beautiful car...I was blown away by it. You people heading to SEMA are in for a real treat. This is definitely a candidate for the 'Pictures Don't Do It Justice' catagory. You just have to gaze upon it with your own eyes to appreciate all the hard work and craftsmanship that have gone into it. My hats off to Prodigy Customs, they're doing a terrific job on that car. And thanks again to Frank and his crew for the oppurtunity.

so your sayin frank didn't put you to work? the last few days before it gets loaded on the truck.... i would almost figure that vistors become instant volunteers :D

glad to hear that its just about "there" and no major problems have come up.

i wish i could see it in person... but i will just wait for pics :(

Are you kidding, there is a major problem every hour. Funny trhing is when he hit the door, I said, great, someone to help! Now we have a hurricane coming and my new Duramax to pull it out to Vegas, is in Miami, basically hurricane Wilma's projected target, and we are expecting 75MPH winds here, and we lose power in afternoon storms. So we are being challenged.

damn that sucks. i was in orlando for the fastest car shootout and disney for a week, if i know that i would of stopped by. :willy:

When you get a chance after SEMA. Are you refering to Detroit Autorama?
Are you bringing the Camaro? I should be there with the GOAT if all goes well.

We would like to, it ill depend a lot on schedule. Do you know dates yet? We would also like to do Woodward. Do you know those dates?

Slow, I am sorry we missed you. We actually missed the entire World Street Finals this year for the first time in 10 years. We usually do the Race Rock parade with the street racer, then do the 3 days at the event. But SEMA was more important this year.

oh its cool trust me. had i known you were down there i could of stopped by and helped out if you needed it. disney and the women were getting old fast :willy: plus i know all about crunch time.

Detroit Autorama 06 - March 4-6
The key is to be able to secure a spot worthy of the car. A lot of these guys that are involved with the show are old school. They perfer hod rods over pro touring. For more info contact www.mhraonline.org. PM me with your phone number if you want additional info. Displays, etc.

Woodward Dream Cruise 06 - More then likely it will be the 3rd week of August. No dates have been confirmed as far as I know. Again the issue is finding a space worthy of the car. Regardless, I beleive your Camaro would receive a lot of press coverage.
