It's very funny. Harmless fun. I witnessed a fire truck pull that gag on a team of nuns in a cross-walk. The head nun really gave the firemen a piece of her mind. The driver, trying to keep a straight face, claimed it was an accident. But the other firemen were rolling around the truck in laughter.

Dude I gotta get one of those to put in the tree in front of my fiance's house. Just the thing to fend off paleteros and the boyfriend of the little hosebag across the street runs his stereo at max volume with the windows down and blows his horn to summon her out of the house.
