Ford suspension components

I am curious of what other members here with early Mustangs are using for their suspension upgrades. I am looking at Total Control front control arms with coilovers and rear G-bar with coilovers.

When (if) I ever get to my Mach I, I looked into doing the TCI IFS front system and the TCI torque arm 3 link for the rear. The price was pretty good and the installation was pretty straight forward. Thats a ways off in the future, though. They might have floating cars by then.

The TCP upgrades are bolt-on components.... much easier to install. The workmanship on all Chassisworks parts are second to none.

The TCI front IFS installation, although straight forward, requires quite a bit of cutting and welding.

If you don't need the additional engine compartment room for an engine-swap, I would go with the TCP from Chassisworks. Have you seen their new UCA mounting scheme? It lowers the mounting points by 1" (like the old "Shelby" mod) without drilling new holes!!!!!.

Doesn't Griggs and Maier Racing have bolt in IFS for early mustangs???

I do not think that the Griggs stuff is bolt in.

I have the TCP stuff front and rear.
