Im a Dad
After 14 years of marriage we finally decided to have a baby. Wow what a feeling. I cant even put into words how it feels. I was in a big rush to get my parts coming for my 68 and now I dont even know when Ill want to work on the car again. She's 6lbs 3 oz.

How sweet!!
I know exactly how you feel - as a Dad of one of each... My "kids" are now 22 and 19... seems like we just brought them home. Funny... my daughter is more than happy to come out to the "shed" to help Dad - or see what's going on... #1 son is happy to take his car to someone that will do as he asks - he could care less how it's actually done... Either way - they both love automobiles... so it's all good. Congrats on your baby girl! Reminds me of something I used to tell my kids. It seems like a lifetime til you reach 5 and head for kindergarten... and another lifetime to get to 16... and yet another to turn 21... after that... you're 40 in 2 seconds flat. :>) |
Cool! Congrats.
It's the most important thing you'll do in your whole life. |
Oh -- and some fatherly advice....
Enjoy that peaceful time when they seem to sleep 20 hours a day... That will change soon enough! |
That is awesome!!
CONGRATS! |
