3d CAD designers
 

Hey everyone, I don't know if anyone will know the answer but its worth a try. Ive seen a few 3d CAD car modelers on here, I want to design some custom parts for a jeep grand cherokee and was wondering if I could use a model like this to build on or over. Am I able to cut through this vehicle and cut pieces off, for example a mirror or something like that? If anyone knows anything about these 3d modeled vehicles that would be a huge help.
