What do people generally spray the floorpans etc with before laying down sound deadener?

I used Rustoleum and I have seen POR 15 used as well.

the professional opinion seems to be epoxy.

If you are going to spray lizard skin then just do both and skip the dynamat, you can use it in some of the hard to reach places, thats what I did.

I've gone with the complete POR-15 system and I was happy.

I used por-15 and it turned out pretty good.

Epoxy primer always.....But if you were to use Lizard skin and Dynamat, I would put the dynamat first, ,spray some bulldog adhesive promoter on the dynamat then spary the lizardskin.
