17 inch torque thrust

Whats the biggest brake you can run? I want to go bigger but don't want to buy new wheels just yet.

A true C5/C6 kit like we sell won't fit inside 17" TTII's without a wheel spacer to gain clearance between the corner of the caliper and the wheel.

Touring Classics makes their "Hybrid" C5 brake kits that utilizes the 13" x 1.1" C4 HD rotor and C5 PBR 2-piston caliper. The C4 rotor has a deeper offset which gives adequate clearance for the 17" TTII's. You can download their wheel fitment templates from their website to confirm fitment.

CPP's kit will probably fit as well since they manufacture their own rotor and it looks very similar to the 13" C4 rotor...but apparently is not the same.

Possibly. I'd suggest pinging Prodigy as I'm sure they could answer that for you.

Yes – they will work! I did have 13” Wilwoods upfront w/ 17” Torque Thrust wheels. Below are some pics. I have since switched to 14” brakes and 18” wheels.

Hope this helps,

Mark

Mark hasn't been back to the site, in almost 6yrs. What are you trying to accomplish, Gene?
