It's possible that some 18's would fit. My '04 CTS-V came with the same size rotors with Brembo calipers and 18x8.5 wheels. The wheel will need plenty of clearance for the caliper toward the outside. John at Complete Custom Wheel can build a set that fits.

I have a 2010 ssrs and I'm looking to see if I can fit some new stuff in my old iron. I am also looking at a set of 2010 ss wheels do you think they will all work or is their going to be a bunch of head scratchin?:)

They should work with a 18/19 stagger. Any good wheel manufacturer can tell you if they will fit once you take the crucial measurments for them.
