Admin help needed

For some reason I'm not getting my email notifications of posts to subscribed threads or PMs, even though I have selected to receive them immediately in my profile?? Thanks in advance for any help.

Matt, check the spam filter for the e-mail address that you're using for those notifications. All the notifications you noted are functioning correctly as I get e-mail notices frequently. :thumbsup:

I am having the same issue! I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing in there either.

we're working on it. Seems to work fine for most everyone. What are you using, IE, Firefox, ??

I'm having this same problem. Nothing in the Spam folder, and I have received notices of PMs before, just no the thread subscriptions. I am using IE8
