pitting

what's the best way to get rid of the pitting that occurs on some of the trim pieces on a Nova? I have a set of headlight bezels that have some minor pitting, and thought I might be able to clean them up and save some money. Thanks

I have had really good luck with Eagle One's "NEVR-DULL" that comes in a small tin and is widely available at parts stores and is cheap. It's a cotton wadding that's impregnated with solvent and polish and really works fast so for under $5, you can take a stab at your bezels and see if it works before you go to the next step but I've had really good luck with the product.

There is this metal polish by Route 66 Motorsports www.rt66motorsports.com that works great. I used it on my bumpers and trim rings etc..... and they look great. They are a sponsor too. You should check them out. I think its called Pedal to the Metal my buddy has my bottle.
